This project follows the deconstruction and analysis of a portable Bluetooth speaker to gain insight and understanding into the manufacturing process, component design, material selection and gain knowledge and experience in these aspects. 

The Bluetooth speaker chosen for this project was the SoundBlaster AXX AXX 200. 

In this project, the speaker was dismantled in order to analyse the manufacturing techniques used in the construction of the product. Afterward the speaker is rebuilt virtually to create a full technical layout of the product, including a bill of materials and technical drawings of each component. 

This project is designed to gain knowledge and abilities in:

- gain understanding of how products are manufactured

- understand why products are designed to use appropriate materials, manufacturing and assembly techniques

- creating CAD models

- generating CAD product visualisation

- generating CAD technical documentation
